Energy is released into the device at 2MHz, through the 300 micron needle tips which are able to target precise depth, compared to other conventional micro-needling RF. According to the treatment indication, Sylfirm X can penetrate the skin between 0.3mm to 4mm.
With each penetration, the 300 micron needles remain in the skin for the optimal time required to bring about an effect before any thermal damage can occur.
